All proposals shall be responsive to all requirements and requested features. The Town is seeking two (2) modular office units, each with two (2) offices, that will provide for a total of four (4) office spaces. Both modular office units should provide a common area that serves as an internal corridor with internal access to the offices. The two modular units do not connect to each other and the units do not require bathrooms or plumbing.
