As of August 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Description: The Department of Public Works endeavors to provide annual, contractual light pole painting to maintain the aesthetics of the Village's ornamental street light poles and decorative lighted bollards located cyclically throughout the Village of Addison. As such, the Village of Addison is soliciting proposals for the preparation and painting of the ornamental streetlight poles, base shrouds and bollards within the Village's inventory so as to clean, prepare and repaint the aforementioned upright and on site, to include any and all other work necessary to complete the project. If there are any errors or inconsistencies found in the RFP Documents, participants must notify the Village of Addison of those errors or inconsistencies before the due date listed above. This is an Illinois Prevailing Wage Project. The Village of Addison reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and or reject part(s) of any or all RFPs which it deems deems advantageous. Minorities and women-owned businesses (W.B.E.) are encouraged to participate.
