Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Addison Township, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description: The Village of Addison intends to contract the removal and replacement of the 11-foot-wide Louis Reservoir asphalt multi-use path, to include compacting (and repairing as necessary) the existing stone base. Work shall also include the grinding and resurfacing of the Louis Reservoir parking lot and associated driveway apron located at the southwest corner of Louis Reservoir, at the dead end of E. Diversey Ave immediately east of 224 E Diversey Ave. This is an Illinois Prevailing Wage Project.
