Renovation of a stadium in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment (including lifts), supervision, and services necessary to deliver a fully operational, code-compliant, and integrated electrical and control system for the Owner-provided HVLS fan units, as detailed herein. This includes, but is not limited to Installation of all necessary electrical infrastructure. Integration with the stadium's existing fire alarm and Building Management Systems. Coordination of permits and inspections relevant to the electrical and control work. Project close-out documentation for the electrical and control systems. Bid Bond Amount 5% of Total Bid The Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to furnish, install, and commission the electrical infrastructure, control systems, and fire alarm integration for fourteen (14) Owner-provided High-Volume, Low-Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans (Big Ass Fans) within the Main Concourse level (East and West sides) of Raymond James Stadium.
