Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK: CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including but not limited to: Construction scope of work to include demolition of the existing playground, construction of a nature-based playground including play equipment, furnishings, engineered wood fiber (EWF), poured in-place rubber (PIP), new irrigation system, hose bibb, and others, per drawings. Approximate total area of usable space is 4,782 SF. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by 08/29/2025 to Penelope.Quintas@miamidade.gov and copy the Clerk of the Board at clerkbcc@miamidade.gov Documents are for viewing purposes ONLY. Contractors must contact Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces directly to request the bid documents, otherwise their bid may be deemed non-responsive.
