The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City is seeking bids from qualified respondents to provide all labour, materials, and equipment to supply and install four (4) high speed garage doors (the Work) at OC Transpo's Industrial Garage, located at 755 Industrial Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1G 4H3. Scope of Work: a) Remove existing overhead doors, operators, and parts. b) Remove existing interior/exterior finishes. Keep parts that can be repurposed. c) Remove and reinstate existing equipment and electrical conduits. d) Remove and replace structural components. Install weather strips. e) Install new door tracks, wall mounted door operators, electrical motors, controller units, relays. Lubricate springs and adjust operating components. f) Install new interior/exterior finishes. Remote push button stations shall be surface mounted with OPEN-STOP-CLOSE buttons.
