It is the CM's objective to identify Trade Partners specialized in their field of expertise, that will be permitted to provide bid pricing for the execution and delivery of CM Services to Block 2 in Ottawa, ON. This notice posted on MERX serves only to advertise the opportunity to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), which is available only on Building Connected. Successful proponents for the RFQ will be invited to the subsequent Request for Tender, which will also be on Building Connected. This notice will not be amended should any changes occur, refer to Building Connected. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
