Construction includes constructing curbs, sidewalks, pavement, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main and roadside development. Construction proposed by the Owner will include: 1. Mobilization and staging 2. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures. 3. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures. 4. Perform all removal of structures and obstruction, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations. 5. Construct drainage system including sewer pipes, manholes and inlets. 6. Construct roadway improvements including, aggregate base, HMAC wearing surfaces, concrete curb and sidewalks. 7. Place pavement markings and striping 8. Install illumination 9. Roadside development including seeding, and planting 10. Install water main, vaults, hydrants, and corrosion control.
