Redevelopment of the Gilles-Beaudry Pavilion located at 102 rue Fabre in order to meet the operational needs of the Leisure Department of the City. TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals AP25-074/20096498 the owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in early 2026. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
