Site work and paving for a road / highway in Key West Nas, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
SCOPE OF WORK Project specifics and details are as shown on the Drawings provided as attachments to the bid documents. The proposed project consists of providing all site work, equipment, materials, and labor necessary for the construction as detailed in the attached project drawings. This work includes but is not limited to asphalt, concrete paving, earthwork (including grading, excavation, sub-base, and base work), roadway striping, roadway signage, concrete (including curbs, gutters, and sidewalk), stormwater infrastructure work (including stormwater drainage structures and piping), utilities adjustments, landscaping, hardscaping, street lighting (including street lights and low-voltage wiring), demolition of existing site features, temporary construction fencing, protection of City assets and historic features (including the Southernmost Point Buoy), and maintenance of traffic. The contractor will be responsible for coordination with contractors performing other work in the project area as well as maintaining fencing meeting UFC 4-022-03 standards for any fencing disturbed on federal property. Estimated Award Date: April 2026 Request For Information Deadline: February 23, 2026, 3:00 P.M. The City of Key West Reserves the Right, at Its Sole Discretion, to Accept or Reject Any and All Responses and to Waive Informalities or Irregularities When It is in the Best Interest of the City.
