The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, and tools required to perform an overhaul of the brown water system at the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary in Key West, Florida. All work must be conducted in accordance with the Statement of Work and the terms and conditions of the purchase order. No additional service or repair outside the Statement of Work shall be completed without prior approval from the Government Contact Point (GCP) or Contracting Officer. Repairs and services under $2,500 require GCP approval and will be paid via Government Purchase Card, while those over $2,500 require Contracting Officer approval through a modification to the purchase order. Contractors must include their hourly rate for out-of-scope repairs in their quote, which will be used for approved additional work but not included in the overall proposed price. Materials must be itemized and not exceed published price listings, if applicable. A formal request for change will be issued for services outside the Statement of Work, and payment will follow the outlined approval process.
