Site work and renovation of a civil project in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The LS-61 Improvement Project includes the construction of the following items The project will be constructed in phases to minimize service interruptions, with only brief period of shutdowns required for tie-ins to new infrastructure. Influent Gravity Sewer Pipe and Manhole Structures Wet Well Discharge Manifold Piping Force Mains with Pig Launching Structures Biofilter System Generator Electrical Equipment: Service Entrance Sections, Transformers, ATS Switch, etc. Site Improvements: CMU Wall, Access Gates, Equipment Pads, AC Pavement, etc. Coordination with SRP for new electrical feed and service. The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. Lift Station 61 civil and electrical improvements include lift station upgrades, construction of two force mains, and a gravity sewer to connect directly to the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project site is located at 4325 S. 107th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85353. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 5.5% has been established for this project.
