Demolition of Parcels 7-12414 and 7-12373 Residential and Property Demolition Parcel 7-12414 & 7-12373 3.1.1.1 Parcel 7-12414: 7029 W. Wier Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85043 3.1.1.2 Parcel 7-12373: 6802 W. Romley Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85043 Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. 41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for Demolition of Right of Way Parcels 7-12414 and Parcel 7-12373. Inquiries regarding the solicitation are to be submitted online through the State's e-Procurement system The term of any resultant contract shall commence on the effective day of award and shall continue for a period of three (3) months thereafter, unless terminated, cancelled or extended as otherwise provided herein. Once demolition commences, the demolition at the work location is projected to take one (1) week and shall not exceed three (3) weeks per parcel. The Contractor shall begin demolition services no later than thirty (30) days after obtaining a Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order from the Department.
