A pump house potable water system service requires the maintenance and operation of the pumps and equipment located within a pump house that are specifically designed to deliver clean, drinkable ("potable") water to a community or building, ensuring a consistent supply of water by managing its flow and pressure through a network of pipes; essentially, this service keeps the water pumping system functioning to provide safe drinking water. The ground water supported facilities are very unique in the kind of maintenance/service expertise that is required. Ground water supported facility emergencies can be caused by multiple types of failures. This is a highly complex system that requires a specialized type of emergency services, to get the system running functionally while meeting the strict Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) requirements to serve the public safe water, into the restroom buildings, water fountains. The Department is requiring the following services to be covered under the Scope of Work (Details will be covered in section 4): Repair, Service and Maintenance, Rehabilitation. The Contractor shall be able to provide services Arizona statewide.
