Provide and install photovoltaic module mounting rails as required to complete construction of carport support structure. Contractors shal match the existing rail types, ratings and configurations. 3. Install photovoltaic modules asrequiredtocompletearays. The districth as ~180 spare solar PV panels that are the same panels as installed on the existing carports. The contractor is required to retrieve the required quantities ofsolar PVpanels to complete the carports fromthe district's storage facility tothe High School. 4. Provide and install new outdor switchboard on new concrete equipmentpad. 5. Provide and instal new Unistrut equipment rackand solar ACdisconects, panelboard, solar metr, and relay enclosure. Coordinate with the utility for their DER enclosure mounting requirements. 6. Intercept existing secondary duct bank feeding switchboard in main electrical room. Maintain existing cables from new manhole location to existing switchboard in main electrical room. 7. Provide and install new manhole and splice existing indoor switch board feeder cables to new cables from transformer secondary and to the new outdor switchboard. 8. Provide and install feedercables and conduits acrossthe buildingrooftonew panelboard at north end of building. 9. Provide all required trenching from new panel boards to carport mounted inverter locations and install ductbanks and handholes. 10. Provide all required cutting and patching of the existing asphalt parking/drivewaysand concrete sidewalks, as required, based on the routing shown on the drawings. Repaint existing parking striping, as required. 11. Provide and install photovoltaic inverters anddisconects on carport structures. 12. Provide and install all AC wiring from panelboards to inverters. 13. Provide and install photovoltaic power optimizers and all dc wiring. 14. Provide and install all photovoltaic system warninglabels. 15. Provide and install wiring and conduit for electrical power devices. 16. Provide and install lighting fixtures, wiring, and lighting controls. 17. Provide and install new grounding systems. 18. Provide re-grading and seeding of all disturbed areas with gas. Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope with the name of the project clearly marked on the front of the envelope and accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent 10% of the bid, but not more than $20,000. Neither the Owner, nor the Architect will assume any responsibility for Bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the opening of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law, if it is in the best interest of the Owner.
