Services under this Contract shall include Furnishing and Delivering Landfill Side Cover Material at the Middlesex County Landfill. The Successful Contractor shall pay the Authority a per ton price for said material. Bidders are required, when applicable to this RFB, to comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.); the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 34:56-48); the Business Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44); the State's Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Laws and Regulations (N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 et seq., N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-3.7 and 3.8); the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101); and the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditure Reporting Act (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-1 et seq.).
