Renovation of a municipal facility in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lewis County Government is seeking qualified roofing contractors to submit sealed bids for repairs and replacement of roofing systems on multiple county-owned buildings, including but not limited to the Lewis County Jail Facility, Historic Courthouse, War Memorial Building, Public Library, Justice Center, Airport Terminal, and Landfill Structures. Each facility has unique roofing materials and repair needs resulting from storm-related damage sustained during last year's hail event. All costs associated with this project will be covered by the County's insurance provider. No local tax dollars will be used for this project. Lewis County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the County.
