The Federal Highway Administration, Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division will award up to four Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to small business concerns for highway, street, and/or bridge construction services, potentially including design and design-build services, within the South Region of the United States. Work may include gravel or natural surface roadway and trail rehabilitation, asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavement construction, asphalt milling, pavement markings, embankment construction, debris removal, pipe and box culvert repairs or replacement, riprap placement, sign installation, embankment repairs using Mechanically-Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls, and bridge and structure repairs or replacements. The MATOC will have a shared ceiling value of $60,000,000.00, with individual task orders ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000. The seed project is located in White County, Arkansas, and involves roadway reconstruction and resurfacing of Granary South Road (Route 011) within the Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge. Work includes bank stabilization, limestone aggregate base and surface course, pipe culvert replacement, riprap installation, and other miscellaneous work. The seed project is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
