The Boston Redevelopment Authority ("BRA"), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA") is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals for the redevelopment and long-term ground lease of 1 parcel, 0203510510, representing approximately 75,000 square feet of land with an approximately 60,000 square foot existing building in the Historic Monument Area of the Charlestown Navy Yard within the Charlestown Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass R-55, known as Chain Forge (Building 105) (the "Property"). The BPDA seeks to convey the Property for the construction of residential, hotel, institutional, retail, or commercial uses, as well as civic and cultural facilities, while preserving the existing building. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
