The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) invites sealed bids for Elevator Comprehensive Modernization at Ruth Barkley Development, BHA Job # 2317-02, prepared by NV5 Planning and Design, Inc. The Filed Sub-Bid categories and cost estimates are Misc. Iron ($251,340); Roofing ($124,064); Painting ($84,170); Elevators ($6,120,000); HVAC ($183,760); and Electrical ($916,934). Wages are subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor. All general bidders must follow the BHA's Minority and Women Participation Provision and Resident Employment Provision.
