Converting a single cell lagoon into a 3-cell aerated lagoon with the construction of an earthen berm down the middle of the existing lagoon and installation of a floating baffle wall, construction of a wastewater lagoon building and installation of aeration equipment and other wastewater equipment. Alternate bid item includes the construction of a SAGR secondary wastewater treatment unit. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Division 1: 3-Cell Aerated Lagoon The Project has an expected duration of 284 calendar days with the Notice to Proceed being issued on or about October 20, 2025. Question Deadline 08/28/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
