Chickasaw County is seeking bids for a turn key fully functional generator and automatic transfer switch for the EMS building. The following are the specifications for the project: Generac Kit #G007210 or equivalent (includes a 24 KW Guardian natural gas generator with Wi-Fi and 200-amp service entrance rated transfer switch). Existing service is 120/240-volt single phase. Gen pad 54"X31"x3" Battery heater Kit# G007101 Oil heater Kit# G007102 VR-GEN series Type1 Switch surge protector installed on the transfer switch Battery for the generator (12-volt group 26 540 CCA minimum). All electrical parts and labor needed to install and wire generator (line voltage and control wiring). Start up, testing, load transfer and customer training as needed, assigning warranty will be included 1 year Subscription to Mobile Link Wi-Fi shall be included All gas piping parts and labor needed to hook up generator (line size and pressure correct for the generator specs). State of Iowa Permit and inspection fees should be included. No Tax is to be added (county exempt certificate available if needed). Chickasaw County reserves the right to reject any and all bids at their discretion.
