Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of IAH WWTP expansion to treat 11 MGD average annual daily flow (AADF) and 55 MGD 2-hour peak flow, with site/space provision for furture expansion to 14 MGD AADF and 78 MGD 2-hour peak flow. Work of the Contract is for construction of the Intercontinental Airport Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Expansion as described in this section. The full and complete project scope is described by the Contract Documents including the amendment for the disinfection redesign and provisions for future expansion consisting of the technical Specifications, Drawings, and other documents included as part of the entire bid package. The entire bid package includes specifications, drawings, and other documents indicated as Volume 1 and Volume 2. The exclusion of any scope from this summary does not relieve the Contractor from fulfilling their obligation under this Contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for construction. Base Bid Items are described below.
