Scope of Project: Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: 1. Approx. 6,680 LF of 8-inch water line 2. Approx. 4,760 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer 3. Approx. 1,027 LF of 24-inch, 1,235 LF of 30-inch, 1,047 LF of 36-inch, 436 LF of 42-inch, 511 LF of 48-inch, 601 LF of 54-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 130 LF of 7'x4' RCB storm sewer box and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 17,500 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
