Site work and renovation of a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project Rehabilitation of Onsite Lift Station including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating lift station; repairing concrete walls as directed; removal and replacement of wet well piping and fittings; abrasive blasting and recoating of above grade piping, valves, and fittings; bypass pumping; and the rehabilitation of generator enclosure and electrical building exterior as shown on plans. Complete in place. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Bonds must be in the form prescribed by the Contract Documents except as required otherwise by Laws and Regulations. The deadline to ask questions is 9/01/2025 10:00 AM CST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
