This project entailsthe rehabilitation of a gravel parking area next to the Jones Annex Building. This work includes excavation, installation of site drainage, concrete sidewalks and curbs, asphalt concrete paving and curbs, lines striping and landscaping. No phone calls or RFI questions emailed directly to the Procurement Agent will be accepted. Anticipated Contract Issuance/Notice to Proceed: October 10, 2025 Construction is planned to start: October 13, 2025 Construction Duration: 2 months Liquidated Damages of Five Hundred and 00/100 ($500.00) Bid Amount. In lieu of a Bid Bond, a Certified Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount is acceptable. A Bid Bond is only required for any Total Bid Amount over $50,000.00. A Total Bid Amount of $50,000.00 or less does not require a Bid Bond. 1. Rehabilitate existing gravel parking lot to provide new asphalt parking lot. Parking lot to match up next to new parking spaces and driveway being installed for the Jones Annex Project. 2. Work includes but is not limited to: excavation and back filling of the parking and sidewalk areas; installation of stormwater features and drainage; concrete and asphalt sidewalks; curbing; Bituminous Concrete Paving; signage; line striping; landscaping and other work shown on the plans. 3. Removal of all debris caused by this Contract. 4. Protection of the public, building, grounds from damage during this contract is the responsibility of the Contractor for this project at all times.
