The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is for the University of Connecticut (the "University") to request Statements of Qualifications from Companies that can provide General Contractor services. Projects may include new construction, renovation or alteration of existing buildings, and infrastructure. If the Contractor is an S/MBE, then any self-performed work may be included in the Set-Aside Requirement.
