The County of Passaic Parks Department is in search of a 2-year partnership with a state licensed Pool and Spa Service Contractor to perform all labor and the materials necessary to provide preventive/maintenance/service/new equipment installation and replacement for the Pool and Spray Park. All requests for information made by a bidder prior to the designated bid opening shall be made in writing to the following designated official: Zyanya Cordova, Principal Purchasing Agent County of Passaic Purchasing Division Phone: (973) 247-3300 Email: bids@passaiccountynj.org Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not to exceed $20,000, payable unconditionally to the County of Passaic Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: ll-21. Performance Bond Once the bid is awarded, the successful bidder shall provide the required bonds prior to execution of the contract in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. However, notwithstanding the above, the successful bidder awarded a contract for this bid shall not be required to submit a bond in an amount greater than $250,000.00, for the term of the contract, if the bidder's total contract award exceeds this figure on multi-year contracts, the term of the contract shall constitute the entire term.
