Guttenberg Housing Authority bathroom renovation project at 6900 Broadway, Guttenberg, NJ 07093 (35 bathrooms) and 136 69th Street, Guttenberg, NJ 07093 (15 bathrooms). Removal and disposal of existing bathroom fixtures, vanities, tiling and flooring; Installation of new toilets, vanities, sinks, bathtubs/showers, medicine cabinets, and associated plumbing; Replacement of flooring, wall tiles, and light fixtures; Painting and finishing; Clean up of the site following completion; Compliance with ADA accessibility standards where applicable; and All work must comply with local building codes and modernization standards of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid submission deadline. The GHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
