The scope of work includes providing boiler plant testing and calibration services at the Marion VA Medical Center. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform comprehensive testing, calibration, and adjustments to ensure the boiler plant systems operate efficiently and in compliance with applicable standards. Services will include inspection and verification of boiler controls, safety devices, instrumentation, and combustion systems, as well as tuning and calibration to optimize performance. The contractor must document all findings, provide detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions as needed to maintain reliable and safe boiler operations. Questions: All questions regarding the solicitation of a contractual nature or technical nature, must be submitted via email to lisa.buchanan1@va.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. CST 1/20/26. The subject line of the email shall start with the RFQ Reference Number 36C25526Q536 and BOILER PLANT MAINTENANCE. Questions with the Governments responses are anticipated to be posted no later than 16:00 p.m. CT 1/21/26. Be advised that the Government will transmit all those questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective Offerors. Location: Marion VA Medical Center, 2401 W Main Street, Marion, IL 62959-1165.
