Renovation of a multi-residential development in Marion, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

The work consists of the roof replacement at Butler Hi-Rise under Modernization Program Nos. IL01P126-501-24 and IL01P126-501-24 at Project IL-12-1/Marion in Williamson County, Illinois. Bids must be submitted in a single lump sum proposal. Bidders must examine the documents and construction site to obtain firsthand knowledge of existing conditions, as no extra payments will be given for conditions that could have been determined by examination. Payment of not less than minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the specifications is required. Only Federal rates apply if State rates exceed them. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The surety company must be authorized in the project's state and acceptable to the Government. Proposals must be on unaltered forms with all spaces completed and signed appropriately. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Bidders must submit all required representations, certifications, and other statements. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid opening without consent.
