Brief Description: The City of Pharr periodically has a need for general types of projects that require various types of engineering disciplines. Including but not limited to the following: general civil engineering, traffic, construction, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing), and electrical Engineering services. Question Deadline 08/21/2025 Potential Bidders are asked to post their questions online. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Section 2254.004 and Texas Local Government Code Section 271.118. The City of Pharr will evaluate the Request for Proposals of the firms on the basis of technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work.
