XfraTJJntractor shall furnish all the labor, services, equipment, materials, supplies, transpqrjn^n, and incidentals necessary to complete the Project as specified in this agreement '(also referred to herein as the "Contract") and such shall be completed in a satisfattoryVTianner, as reasonably determined by the City. All labor, services, equipment, material supplies, transportation, and incidentals shall comply with (i) all applicable local, rate and federal laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including without limitation ah notice requirements thereunder, and (ii) generally accepted professional standards All questions and communications about this Request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury Procure Ware website and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on September 25, 2025 successful proposer shall commence work upon delivery of WDC's written Notice to Proceed and shall reach Substantial Completion of all work and services required under this RFP within two hundred forty (240) consecutive calendar days of the City's written Notice to Proceed ("Contract Time") and reach Final Completion within two hundred seventy (270) consecutive calendar days ofthe City's written Notice to Proceed, as defined in CTDOT Form 819 and amendments. The Project will have NO winter shutdown period.
