Site work for a water / sewer project in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Scope of Services shall be as per the attached City of Waterbury Sample Contract Form (Attachment B-1), including the General and Special Conditions (Attachment B-2 & Attachment B-3 respectively) attached thereto, the attached Technical Specifications for Construction (Attachment I), attached List of Drawings with Specifications for Construction (Attachment J), and as required herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining awareness of all ongoing and upcoming projects, public events, and traffic impacts occurring within the downtown Waterbury area. The Contractor must proactively coordinate with relevant municipaldepartments, event organizers, and other stakeholdersto minimize conflicts or disruptions. B. Work involving removal of existing 8-inch water main and replacement with 12- inch water main shall be performed within the allowable calendar days as outlined in the technical specifications.Referto "Notice to Contractor - Contract Time and Delay Damages".
