Wohlsen Construction invites your firm to bid on the Waterbury Waiting Room project located in Waterbury, Connecticut. The Project consists of the demolition and renovation of the existing waiting room at the Waterbury Train Station located within the existing Republican American building at 389 Meadow Street in Waterbury, CT as shown and described in the Contract. Improvements under the Project consist of a waiting room and public restrooms on the first floor along with a mezzanine, located above the new public restrooms, with new offices. The mezzanine will be accessible via a new open monumental stair and 3-stop elevator that serves the basement, first floor, and mezzanine levels. The Owner/Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids, Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security bond or certified check in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) provide a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price.
