The contract will include the installation of railroad crossing legends and symbols and the required pavement markings as specified in the striping tables. Any part or item of the Work, which is reasonably implied or normally required to make each installation satisfactorily and completely operable, shall be performed by the Contractor and the expense thereof shall be included in the applicable unit prices or lump sum prices bid for the various items of Work. It is the intent of the Contract Documents to provide the Owner with complete operable systems, subsystems, and other items of Work.
