Holland Drive Improvements. Estimated Probable Construction Cost: $1,040,000.00 Specifications and Contract Documents Refunds will be made upon return of the documents in good condition within ten days after receipt of bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashiers check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to Ouachita Parish Police Jury in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Each bid shall also be accompanied by a Corporate Resolution or written evidence of the authority of the person signing the bid for the public work as prescribed by LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the full amount of the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. In addition, the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
