Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroe, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 31, 2025, project is awarded to NELA Roofing but the amount is not available. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, and warranty provisions necessary to install a liquid-applied silicone roof membrane system on the Monroe Business HUB facility located at 1401 Stubbs Avenue. The work includes setting up OSHA-compliant perimeter safety flagging and anchor points, followed by cleaning of the roof surface and parapets to remove debris and oxidation. All pipes, curbs, vents, and perimeter wall flashings will be detailed using Progressive Materials FG 400 (or equal) silicone flashing compound, applied six inches onto the roof and up adjacent vertical surfaces. Field lap seams will be pre-sealed with a base coat of Progressive Materials HS 3200 (or equal) silicone membrane, applied at a minimum thickness of 25 mils. The entire roof surface will then receive two successive coats of Progressive Materials HS 3200 (or equal) silicone membrane, each applied at a rate of 1.75 gallons per 100 square feet, resulting in a fully adhered membrane thickness of 35-38 mils. The completed system should be covered by a minimum 10-Year Labor and Material Warranty. Fee for bidding online is $15.00
