The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to provide access road maintenance on State Game Lands (SGL) #158 Reade Township, Cambria County. The scope of the project generally includes grubbing, grading, drainage maintenance, road subbase maintenance, road resurfacing and related work on approximately 14,454 linear feet of access roadway. When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted. Bidders shall be experienced and fully capable to perform the type and extent of Work required on this project. After Bids are opened, the PA Game Commission reserves the right to request the names and contact information from at least three (3) references for projects completed within the previous three (3) years that are similar in size and scope in order to verify experience and qualifications. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
