Renovation of a laboratory facility in Silver Spring, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
NOAA is seeking a contractor to remove an existing partial wall between rooms 2108A and 2108B, which comprise the Physiology Lab in Building 130. The scope of work includes demolition of the partial wall and any associated tasks as outlined in the Request for Quotes (RFQ), Statement of Work, and applicable Wage Rates. Location: Building 130, 1305 East-West Highway, Silver Spring, MD 20910 Project Magnitude. Less Than $25,000 SOLICITATION QUESTIONS: Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing electronically, via email, to aakanksha.bhargava@noaa.gov and charles.kendall@noaa.gov. Questions should be received no later than 5:00 PM HST on 15 Aug 2025. The deadline stated within this provision is necessary to ensure timely award and the Government may, in its sole discretion, choose not to respond to questions received after the deadline. An organized site visit has been scheduled for - August 14th, 2025 at 10:15 AM H.S.T. Payment and Performance Bonds. Not required
