Site work for a water / sewer project in Silver Spring, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work to be performed consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 1,171 linear feet (0.22 miles) of defective sewer mains; 1,006 linear feet (0.19 miles) of defective sewer laterals; and three manholes located in the Paint Branch Basin. Bidders are required to submit sealed responses via the eProcurement Portal prior to the designated deadline. Late responses will not be accepted. Contractors must meet qualifications specified in the solicitation. Time for substantial completion shall be 130 days from Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 at 12:00 AM ET All questions pertaining to the Solicitation or Contract Documents shall only be submitted by a Bidder/Offeror to the Procurement Officer identified in the Solicitation via the Online Discussion feature in the Supplier Portal. Questions submitted via email shall not be answered. Replies, where warranted, will be by addenda issued electronically to all parties who have downloaded the Solicitation. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of bids or due date for receipt of proposals may not be answered MBE/SLBE Goal: 25%
