Site work for a civil project in Silver Spring, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project work includes rehabilitation of the 7.5-million-gallon standpipe water storage facility including structural repairs (ladders, platforms, hatches, antenna mounts, interior roof members etc.), with replacement of associated service and overflow piping, valves, vaults, and other appurtenances. Elevated tank will be repainted. Also included is site work, grading, access road upgrade, electrical, instrumentation, and maintaining access for communication service providers. Demolition of the existing: 24-inch water service piping from the tank base to the connection at the fence line and 36-inch water transmission from the valve vault to the fence line, 18-inch overflow piping as shown on Contract Drawings, the altitude control valve vault and associated piping, valves, and structure.
