Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
We are requesting proposals from interested and qualified trade partners for the above-mentioned project. All proposals shall be based on all documents found in the files tab in BuildingConnected. Please be sure to review the Swinerton Standard Documents and incorporate anything that applies to your scope of work into your proposal. All trade partners must be prequalified with Swinerton prior to commencing any work. Project scope includes Selective Demolition, Concrete, Metal ,Fabrications ,Millwork, Doors, Frames, & Hardware ,Storefronts & Exterior Windows ,Glass & Glazing ,Drywall & Framing, Tile & Stone, Carpeting & Linoleum, Masonry Restoration, Appliances ,Acoustical Treatments ,Painting, Signage, Toilet Accessories, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing ,HVAC ,Electrical, Lighting ,Low Voltage. The State of New York's MWBE and SDVOB participation goals on this project are as follows: Minority-owned & Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) = 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) = 6% We strongly encourage all MWBE/SDVOB trade partners registered with the State of NY to submit on this project. We also strongly encourage all non MWBE/SDVOB trade partners to seek for ways to use MWBE/SDVOB suppliers and/or labor companies in support of meeting these goals. Scopes of work have been broken down into reasonably sized bid packages to encourage participation by all trade partners in the community.
