Baruch College of The City University of New York ("College") seeks to procure a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform repair services as detailed herein. The scope of work includes labor for repairs, supply of parts, materials, and related equipment. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this advertisement (including without limitation, any attached specifications and any other terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference) and by the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written. Compliance Procurement Lobbying Act Required Forms: Vendors are required to complete, sign and submit the following forms: "Offerer's Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law 139-j (3) and 139-j (6) (b)" "Offerer's Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k". Under the requirements of the State Procurement Lobbying Act, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Office of University Controller (*Designated Contacts). Until a designation is made, communication with any other CUNY employees concerning this project that is determined to be an attempt to influence the procurement may result in disqualification. Contact with CUNY: Under the PLA requirements, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication for this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others other than the Designated Contact may constitute an "impermissible contact" under NYS law and could disqualify that vendor. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% MWBE Participation Goal: 30% SDVOB Participation Goal: 6% Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years Scope of Work 4.1 Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to repair and restore the proper functioning and reliability of one (1) 1500kW Rudox Generator at Baruch College's North Vertical Campus (NVC Building) identified by the College ("Sites") as set forth herein. 4.1.1. Contractor shall provide all labor ("Services"), materials (items that Contractor supplies to College and are incorporated into the System shall be referred to as "Materials"), and tools and equipment (items that belong to Contractor that Contractor uses to perform the Services shall be referred to as "Equipment"). The Services, Equipment, and Materials shall be referred to collectively as "Work." 4.1.2. Contractor shall provide qualified personnel who shall provide the Services in NYS and NYC standard requirements. 4.1.3. Contractor shall provide any and all Services, Materials, Equipment not specifically mentioned in these specifications or set forth in the drawings but required to complete the Work without requesting any additional time to complete the Work and without any additional cost to College. 4.1.5. All responsibilities and obligations set forth herein are directed at Contractor unless specifically stated otherwise. 4.1.6. Contractor shall visit the Site in order to inspect all conditions and measurements involved before beginning Work. 4.1.7. Contractor shall provide Services to maintain the Facility as a Class A Building. 4.2 Contractor shall provide and execute the following Work: 4.2.1 Provide all the following materials needed to replace the leaking Radiator for the following Generator: a) Manufacturer: Rudox b) Model Number: RM1500 c) Serial Number: 10753 d) KW Rating: 1500 KW e) HP: 2011 f) BTU:16.5 MMBtu/hr. 4.2.2 Disconnect mechanical and electrical connections, remove support components, and take out eight radiator cores for disposal or recycling per NYS regulations. 4.2.3 Remove and replace eight (8) Radiator Cores and all related Seals, Gaskets, and Hardware. 4.2.4 Inspect belts, hoses, clamps, and connections; replace worn parts with prior approval; and ensure all systems are properly reconnected and secured. Safely drain coolant into approved containers, then record its condition and quantity before reuse. 4.2.6 Perform a pressure test for at least 30 minutes at the manufacturer's recommended PSI to ensure no leaks and proper seals, with results documented. 4.2.7 Refill the cooling system with retained coolant, bleed air, verify flow, perform start-up and idle tests, and confirm stable temperature and no leaks or vibrations. 4.2.8 Testing for Proper operation of the repaired generator must be inspected by College Representative 4.2.9 Coordinate with Baruch Facilities to minimize disruptions, ensure vendor staff follow campus access rules, and implement safety measures in line with OSHA and NYS guidelines. 4.2.10 Obtain all permits and approvals from authorities having jurisdiction, and pay all fees required. 4.2.11 All repair work must be done in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation
