CR Number: 2125453 It is the intent of State University of New York Downstate Health Science Center University (hereinafter referred to as "SUNY-DHSU") to enter into a boiler service contract (PO) for the purpose of providing boiler cleaning services as needed in preparation for inspection and re-certification by the New York State Department of Labor Boiler Inspector. Current boiler schedule includes: Five (5) Victory Energy 1,150 Hp High Pressure water tube "O" style boilers located in the subbasement of the Basic Sciences Building (BSB) at 450 Clarkson Avenue. Contract term: 1 year
