This Design-Build project at the 911th Airlift Wing, Pittsburgh Air Force Reserve Center (AFRC) includes a base scope and ten options. The base scope involves full-depth pavement repair across the designated area, including removal of existing asphalt, subbase, and unsuitable subgrade, installation of a new drainage layer and underdrains, and reconstruction with new subbase and asphalt. It also includes regrading Sabre Street between Buildings 129 and 130 to improve drainage, installing new catch basins, adjusting manhole elevations, asphalt sealing, parking block replacement, line painting, and traffic protection measures such as bollards around equipment near Building 129. The ten options include relocating the primary electric duct bank, repairing a storm drain cross connection, and performing asphalt mill and overlay and seal coating in adjacent areas.
