The Delaware River Port Authority ("Authority") hereby invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for DRPA-12-2025 - Purchase and Installation of Vidmar Cabinets and Accessories or Approved Equal for the Benjamin Franklin Bridge Facility. This public advertisement constitutes the DRPA's formal solicitation. Basis of Award: This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of the lowest, overall price submitted, in the best interest of the DRPA for supplying all the products specified in compliance with stated General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications using the estimated quantities provided. The Authority's Board of Commissioners has adopted a resolution stating suppliers seeking contracted work must be prevented from influencing the vendor selection process. In order to be considered in the vendor selection process, a Political Contribution Form and Certification must be completed and submitted with the Request for Proposals. The Ariba submission requirement is mandatory and nonwaivable.
