The work of this Contract comprises the WELLS PARK RETAINING WAL REPAIRS project, P24/001, at the Wells Park Complex, located at TMK: (2) 3 4-011:002 (por.), Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, to include but not be limited to the installation of a new mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) modular block retaining wall, relocation and replacement of existing handrails and wall chain link fencing, removal and replacement of existing tennis court fencing, relocation and replacement of electrical pull boxes and distribution lines, and restoration of the existing tennis court.
