The City of Spokane Valley (the "City") is seeking transportation consultant services for the development of an Active Transportation Plan through this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). This agreement is expected to last through June 2026. The City reserves the right to amend terms of this "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT includes the creation of an Active Transportation Plan (ATP) for the City. Work includes an evaluation of existing conditions (infrastructure, plans, studies, policies), conducting community engagement, and development of the ATP, including, but not limited to, a prioritized recommended project list with estimated costs and an implementation plan. Evaluation Criteria Responses will be evaluated by the City as set forth immediately below: 1. Completed Business Statement. 2. Business agency and history, including qualifications, examples of similar projects as described in this RFQ, and how your team delivered a successful end product. 3. Experience and qualifications of the employees assigned to this project. 4. Samples of work. 5. Letters of recommendation. 6. Ability to meet proposed schedule.
