Reference Number 0000300002 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” removal services for snow accumulated on the roofs of buildings at the Valcartier Garrison other related sites in the Quebec City area. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 250,000 for a period of two (2) years with a possibility of three (3) additional one-year period. (Maximum value of $ 625,000). Individual call-up should not exceed $ 25,000. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their tender through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
